EPE Foam Rolls

EPE FOAM ROLLS is a High performance product for virtually all packaging and cushioning requirements. It is non-crosslinked, expanded polyethylene foam (EPE / PE) of a closed-cell structure. It fulfills your requirements for packaging, transportation and marketing objectives that are functional and cost-effective.

Application :-

  • EPE Foam rolls are used as a substitute for Thermocol packaging in televisions, computers, refrigerators, washing machines, electronic equipment, glassware, ceramics, polyester yarn/film, handicrafts, printers,         UPS, currency teller machines, diagnostic kits, surgical equipment and other fragile and delicate products.
  • In electronic equipment, buffers, ribs, support pads, adhesive backed sheets and much more.

Features :-

  • Durable, lightweight and non-dusting.
  • Flexible and elastic - Easy to cut, fabricate, wrap around, perforate and seal.
  • High impact resistant - Crumble proof and relatively higher tensile/tear strength.
  • Non-toxic and odourless. Resistant to moisture, fungi and chemicals.
  • Unaffected by temperature ranging from -40°C - +70°C.
  • CFC free – Environment friendly and completely recyclable.
  • Special anti-static packaging PE foam grades available - ESD packing, HMHD laminated foam for covers etc.

Specifications :-

  • The Thickness of the rolls comes from 0.85mm to 12mm.
  • The Width of the foam rolls is 1.4mtr to 1.5 mtr.
  • The Length of the roll varies depending on the thickness.
  • Grades:- Normal & Anti-Static.
